Grace secured her Masters in Organizational Leadership from Norwich University and is a founding member of the Institute of Coaching. When not working, she volunteers with multiple ministries in support of women, teen faith development, and those in career transition.

Cindy holds a PhD in Human and Organization Systems and an MA in Human Development from Fielding Graduate University. Her original research on Meaningful Work Over the Life Course has inspired many to find more meaning in their work and in their lives. She holds a PhD in Industrial and Business Studies from the University of Warwick, UK. Lud currently holds a position as Academic Director of Leadership Programs and Associate Professor at Corporate Education, Universidad Adolfo Ibañez in Santiago, Chile. She co-founded ITC Latam, a consulting firm committed to transforming human development in the workplace.
